Dogtopia will be re-purposing a 10 year vacant building in the Southbank Overlay District. The intent was to take the fun and interesting interior and express it on the exterior. The entry was redesigned with a synthetic wood material that contrasts with bright orange 7.2 metal panels at the corner. Wall graphics and landscaping help give the building an eclectic facade, appropriate for the Hendricks Avenue corridor. A new circular drive provides temporary on-site parking and solves the problem of the existing non-conforming spaces.
