This project involved the design of a 9,000 s.f. office building for the engineering department of JTA. The building was designed to blend with the existing campus by the use of block veneer. Exterior sun shades and high performance windows in conjunction with high R-value insulation at exterior walls and roofs were utilized to meet the Energy Star Certification standards.
