Logistics Services International was the first private corporation to move to Cecil Commerce Center after the closing of Cecil Field N.A.S. An existing repair and maintenance facility (building 824 and 824B) was remodeled in five phases to include new office, multiple classrooms, a simulator, and a conference space for over 250 employees.
