Pagan Residence
Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

This 5,000 s.f. residence was designed for a doctor and his family, who had moved to the United States from Cuba. The space needed to accommodate the couple, along with two adult children and both mother-in-laws. The narrow lot dictated the 3-car garage and auto court be placed up front. A circular entry tower recalling a lighthouse was incorporated into the open floor plan. Wood ceilings and brackets were used to soften the abundant use of tile on the home’s interior required by the client.
