This project involved renovation of the lower level of the Vystar Building in downtown Jacksonville. The build-out will feature a 4,550 sf. full service restaurant and a 1,550 sf. market space. Opportunities to engage people on the street is provided with large folding windows at the corner. The unique interior will create visual interest by leaving much of the ribbed concrete structure exposed.
