Sargent Cycle added an 11,000 s.f. addition to their existing custom upholstery manufacturing facility, located just north of downtown in Springfield. The program called for superimposing a two story building mass over the corner of an existing single story office. The addition added much needed warehouse and shipping space, along with upper level offices. Corrugated metal panels and color were added to the existing single story building to update its appearance and present a unified, cohesive, and consistent street presence.
