EXPERENCE:

Rachel Hipkins returned to Thomas Duke Architect, P.A. in 2026, bringing with her more than a decade of architectural experience and a deep familiarity with the firm's collaborative approach. Rachel first joined TDA in 2015 after earning her Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University, where she developed a strong foundation in architectural design, project coordination, and construction documentation.

Over the course of her career, Rachel has contributed to a wide range of commercial projects, including churches, daycare centers, pet care facilities, and educational buildings. Her experience across multiple architectural firms has strengthened her expertise in project management, production coordination, and delivering accurate, high-quality construction documents.

​

After spending two years in Costa Rica serving as a missionary, Rachel has returned to Jacksonville and rejoined the TDA team. In her current role, she supports project production by reviewing and coordinating construction documents, managing project information, and helping ensure each project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Rachel's experience, dedication, and collaborative mindset make her a valuable addition to the team, and we're thrilled to welcome her back to Thomas Duke Architect, PA.
