Once decisions are made, final engineering is done to coordinate mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural and architectural details.  Drawings and specifications are produced to provide a well-coordinated set of documents to help minimize errors and provide a set of instructions for the contractor to follow.
