EXPERENCE:

Payton Estis joined the firm in 2024 with a strong background in architectural design, visualization, and technical documentation. A graduate of the University of Florida with a Master of Architecture, he brings experience working on residential and commercial projects that balance design precision with creativity.

Before joining the team, Payton worked with Monarch Design Group in Gainesville, Florida, where he developed detailed architectural drawings and 3D renderings for permitting and design presentations. His experience also includes serving as a Graduate and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida’s College of Design, Construction, and Planning, mentoring students in studio design and technical coursework.

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite, Payton approaches every project with both technical skill and thoughtful collaboration. We’re grateful to have Payton as a valuable member of the Thomas Duke Architecture team, where his skill and collaborative spirit enhance every project.
