First Coast Cardiovascular Institute recently opened its newest clinic in an existing office park off of AC Skinner Pkwy. The 12,000 s.f. clinic required a new entrance vestibule and was divided into two phases of interior renovations. Phase 1 included rooms and administrative offices. Phase II converted 6,000 s.f. of temporary administrative office space into a state-of-the-art Cath lab and sleep center.
